Director's Appointment

The Malcolm Group plc is pleased to announce that Alan Palmer has today been appointed as Group Finance Director.

Alan Palmer (40) has worked for The Malcolm Group for the past four years as Group Accountant and takes on the role following the departure of the previous Finance Director, Mike McGill in March 2003.

Andrew Malcolm, Chief Executive of The Malcolm Group said:
