Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am until 5pm

Job Description:
As an Apprentice Spray Painter, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals. This apprenticeship will provide you with hands-on experience in preparing surfaces, applying paints, and achieving high-quality finishes. You will gain practical knowledge and industry-recognised qualifications to kickstart your career in spray painting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
- Learn to mix paints and other coatings to achieve the desired finish.
- Operate spray guns and other painting tools under supervision.
- Follow instructions to apply paint evenly and with precision.
- Participate in maintaining and cleaning equipment and workspaces.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with quality checks to ensure finished work meets company standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A strong interest in spray painting and the desire to build a career in this field.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.
- Basic understanding of painting tools and materials is a plus, but not required.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
