Line Manager Job Title - Property & Facilities Manager
Hours of Work - 43.5 hrs (Mon-Fri) with a high degree of flexibility to meet business needs 
Location - Linwood, Paisley and operating across the Central Belt in Scotland

Key Responsibilities 

  • Perform full electrical testing in accordance with current regulations
  • To carry out general electrical maintenance and installations
  • Complete remedial works where required
  • Update the online portal with job status, access issues, time logs and relevant notes
  • Use scheduling software to manage and review daily tasks
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Adhere to all aspects of H&S compliance
  • Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Team, assisting with equipment failures and organising the supply of goods/services as required

Qualifications/Skills required

  • SVQ / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition
  • Inspection & Testing 2391-52 or equivalent
  • Experience in electrical plant is essential
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage paperwork, records and schedules
  • Computer and IT literate
  • Full UK driving licence
