The Malcolm Group is a privately owned and highly successful logistics, construction, and maintenance business, employing over 2,000 people across the UK. Our logistics division operates 450 trucks and services several blue-chip customers.

We are currently looking for experienced HGV Drivers to join our team at our Bathgate depot/site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Nationwide deliveries and collections of third-party products using curtain-sided vehicles and containers
• Ensuring goods are transported in a safe and efficient manner, meeting client and company standards
• Completing all necessary paperwork and maintaining accurate records for each load
• Performing pre- and post-shift vehicle checks, reporting any defects or issues
• Ensuring compliance with all road safety regulations and company policies
• Providing excellent customer service with a professional attitude and good communication skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Class 1 (C+E) HGV licence is essential
• Completed Driver CPC certification
• 1 year previous experience as a Class 1 driver essential
• A professional attitude with a strong focus on safety and efficiency
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
