Key Responsibilities
- Order processing of Bonded Order in accordance with regulations
- Complying with Revenue Goods when processing Goods In & Out
- Liaising with customers in a professional manner
- Liaising with warehouse personnel with regards to stock movements and handling
- Creating picking tickets, shipping notes/goods issuing
- Preparing records and stock for customers, HMRC annual audit and ongoing perpetual inventory
- Meet and exceed customer demands, specifically complying with defined standards and expectations
- Assisting and supporting the stock control team through good recording standards
- Retain and maintain warrant register of all Duty Suspended movements, and investigate, action and register discrepancies in the correct manner
Qualifications/Skills required
- Understanding of Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Outlook
- Desirable to have experience using Warehouse and Transport systems including SAP, Dispatcher and Road Runner Pro, if not training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of HMRC requirements in respect of Bonded Warehouse keeping would be an advantage but not essential
- Keen eye for detail, good telephone manner and excellent face to face communication
