Skilled Maintenance Technician – Maintenance Division
Hours of Work - Mon-Thur 07:00 – 17:00 Friday 07:30-15:30 with a degree of flexibility to meet business needs
Location - Based from Grangemouth or Linwood and operating across the Central Belt in Scotland

Key Responsibilities
- Legionella testing
- Working on own initiative for repairs and general maintenance
- Hosting contractors
- Organising and managing materials
- Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Team, assisting with equipment failures and organising the supply of goods/services as required
- Adhere to all aspects of H&S compliance
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
- Weekly standby generator testing
- Weekly sprinkler pump testing
- BRC audit perp/works
- Minor plumbing works
- Civil works drainage/concrete/various ground works
- Painting and decorating
- Small tiling repairs
- Assist at other depots around the UK as required
Qualifications/Skills required
- Full UK driving licence
- IPAF/NPORS
- Manual handling
- COMAH
- Harness training
- Working at height
- Asbestos awareness
- Counterbalance and telescopic forklift licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Basic understanding of the construction industry
