Hours of Work - Mon-Thur 07:00 – 17:00 Friday 07:30-15:30 with a degree of flexibility to meet business needs
Location - Based from Grangemouth or Linwood and operating across the Central Belt in Scotland

Key Responsibilities 

  • Legionella testing
  • Working on own initiative for repairs and general maintenance
  • Hosting contractors
  • Organising and managing materials
  • Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Team, assisting with equipment failures and organising the supply of goods/services as required
  • Adhere to all aspects of H&S compliance
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Weekly standby generator testing
  • Weekly sprinkler pump testing
  • BRC audit perp/works
  • Minor plumbing works
  • Civil works drainage/concrete/various ground works
  • Painting and decorating
  • Small tiling repairs
  • Assist at other depots around the UK as required

Qualifications/Skills required

  • Full UK driving licence
  • IPAF/NPORS
  • Manual handling
  • COMAH
  • Harness training
  • Working at height
  • Asbestos awareness
  • Counterbalance and telescopic forklift licence 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Basic understanding of the construction industry
