Key Responsibilities 

• Providing professional customer service
• Daily load planning and scheduling of the fleet
• Prioritising workloads and route planning
• Daily driver brief and de-brief
• Tachograph Tracking
• Liaising with sub-contractors/suppliers/other departments

Qualifications/Skills required

• Good geographical knowledge
• Knowledge and understanding of Drivers Working Time regulations
• Awareness of Drivers CPC legislation
• Effective team player
• Excellent organisational skills
• Good IT Skills and exposure to route planning software
• Can do will do attitude
