Key Responsibilities 

  • Assisting with surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding and priming
  • Learning repair techniques, including filler application, shaping and preparation
  • Assisting with surface finishing to help achieve high-quality results
  • Learning vehicle and panel polishing, detailing and finishing techniques
  • Learning to remove and refit components for painting
  • Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition
  • Following all health and safety procedures
  • Working alongside team members to help meet production targets

Qualifications/Skills required

  • A genuine interest in spray painting, vehicle repair or practical workshop work
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members
  • Good attention to detail and pride in your work
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Basic painting knowledge or practical skills would be advantageous, but are not essential
