The Malcolm Group is a privately owned and highly successful logistics, construction and maintenance business employing over 2000 people across the UK. Our logistics division operates 450 trucks, servicing several blue-chip customers.

Day driver working a Monday through Friday shift, with overtime available.

You will carry out nationwide delivery and collection of third-party products, utilising our extensive depot network and freight train services. Our depot at Crick is located next to the International Rail Freight Terminal which is run by WH Malcolm.

Requirements for the role include open minded individuals that are flexible and professional, and to demonstrate that professionalism through their attitude towards their work, their colleagues, and their employer. To ensure the high standards of the company are adhered to whilst also maintaining the highest standards of personal administration.

A valid C + E licence, a valid digital tachograph card, a valid DCPC card and the expectation that these are renewed as required.

We offer continuous training, mentoring and guidance from our two Crick based fully qualified driving instructors. Ensuring our continued commitment to individual health, safety and personal development.

Excellent trucks and ancillary equipment audited daily and maintained and serviced by our own technicians in our onsite garage facility.

A solid core customer base offering a variety of delivery and collection points such as breweries, commercial printers, RDC’s, builder’s merchants, glass manufacturers and more.

Monday to Friday £15.39 p/h, Saturday £17.00 p/h, Sunday £20.40 p/h (probationary rates)
