Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the loading and production aspects of rework
- Ensure FLT workload is distributed between team and can be completed in a certain timeframe. Loading, tipping and pick targets to be met
- Ensure health and safety is adhered to in the warehouse and issue PSCs accordingly
- Identify areas of strength and weakness in staff and provide training and opportunities accordingly
- Liaise with line leaders to ensure production quality and speed is upheld
- Brief and help the team set up for the next day’s rework
- Basic stock control which would include checking rework picks once they have been scanned, random SKU checks in the warehouse and processing damages
- Liaise with the customer to answer queries or requests
- Knowledge of computer systems to assist site lead and admin roles where required
Qualifications/Skills required
- Must possess a valid FLT licence
- Experience of working within a warehouse
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of FLT and logistics operations
- Excellent planning, organisation and time keeping skills
