Job Summary

A Warehouse Administrator is responsible for managing the administrative tasks related to the operations of a warehouse. This role ensures that the warehouse functions efficiently and that all inventory, logistics, and storage processes are properly documented and managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update all WMS and customer computer systems to reflect all stock movements and current warehouse stock holding in a timely manner.
  • Process incoming and outgoing stock paperwork, ensuring it is accurate and fully signed off upon completion.
  • Process all stock status change requests received and ensure that the physical stock is segregated and labelled as required in conjunction with the Stock Controller.
  • Ensure that any customer returns are fully processed and that the manufacturing plant are made aware of the return upon arrival.
  • Assist with the cycle count process where required by providing admin support.
  • Communicate effectively with customer contacts and other interested parties when required.
  • Support the Warehouse Manager in the day to day running of the warehouse office where required.
  • Ensure that the office environment is clean, tidy and well organised.
