Key Responsibilities 

• Prioritising workload
• Liaising with customers, colleagues on site and with other depots
• Office related duties
• Ability to demonstrate leadership
• Ensure that effective, safe and compliant processes are utilised
• Ensuring a smooth running of the department
• Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly
• General handling of bonded goods
• Ensure weekly operational KPI targets are achieved

Qualifications/Skills required

• Counterbalance FLT licence (not required but desirable)
• Good telephone manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Full UK driving licence
