The Malcolm Group is proud to be continuing their support of Falkirk Football Club for the 2026/27 season, expanding their partnership as Falkirk FC’s Official Employability Partner for the second year.

In the 2025/26 season, The Malcolm Group led four employability events at local high schools, engaging pupils with representatives of both Falkirk Football Club and The Malcolm Group’s many departments, working closely with Developing the Young Workforce Forth Valley to deliver impactful sessions.

• 23% felt better prepared for the world of work
• 68% said they would consider a job with The Malcolm Group

This season, The Malcolm Group will deliver four more events of a similar structure, working with senior phase students to improve their confidence for future careers.

On the 23^rd of September in the YES Hire Fanzone, The Malcolm Group are the headline sponsors for the upcoming ‘Careers Day’ for job seekers, senior phase pupils or those who are considering a career change, to have the opportunity to learn more about everything The Malcolm Group have to offer.
